Job Description

Responsibilities

• Curate and implement end-to-end engagement plans that foster a supportive and holistic seller ecosystem—across online, offline, and third-party channels.
• Design a comprehensive programme calendar, covering online activations (e.g. in-person training sessions / webinars), offline initiatives (e.g. seller meet-ups), and external collaborations (e.g. partnerships with MSME associations or government bodies).
• Ensure all programme objectives are achieved within established timelines and budget parameters.
• Evaluate programme effectiveness regularly, with data-informed improvements to achieve desired outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of programme / initiative OKRs (online / offline / external event quality) and prepare regular reports for stakeholders on progress and impact.
• Perform market research and studies where relevant and required.
• Track seller sentiment from ShopeeUni Facebook (SUFB) on high-impact platform policy / programme rollouts and escalate / resolution of seller issues with relevant initiative teams.
