We are currently looking for a
Global People & Culture Specialist
to join our team. This position will have a blend of responsibilities regarding
HR Operations & Office Management (50%), HR Business Partner for the Malaysia team (30%), Global P&C Projects (20%)
The standard working hours for this role are
CET -
3 : 00 pm to 11 : 30 pm Malaysia time
This is a hybrid role with three days from our office in Kuala Lumpur.
RESPONSIBILITIES

Employee Satisfaction Surveys (ESS)

weekly Pulse reports
, leveraging insights to drive engagement initiatives.

HRIS product owner,
ensuring accurate data governance and reporting.

in coordination with external vendors.

QUALIFICATIONS
in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
HR processes, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HRIS tools
(SAP, Oracle, BambooHR, etc.).

skills to drive HR initiatives with a data-driven approach.
