Requirements
- Diploma or higher qualification in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply.
- Able to converse in English and Mandarin (Mandarin-speaking candidates are preferred)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and accounting software (e.g., AutoCount, QuickBooks, or similar).
- Strong Attention to Detail and ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Good Communication and Interpersonal skills.
Responsibilities
Accounting Tasks :
Assist in maintaining accurate financial records and bookkeeping.Handle accounts payable and receivable, ensuring timely payments and collections.Prepare and process invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts.Assist with bank reconciliations and monitoring of cash flow.Support the preparation of financial reports and monthly closing activities.Help with audit preparation and assist in submitting tax-related documents.Administrative Tasks :
Provide administrative support to the management team.Answer phone calls and respond to emails, inquiries, and correspondence.Maintain filing systems, both physical and electronic, ensuring documents are organized and easily accessible.Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and events.Manage office supplies, ensuring stocks are updated and ordering is done in a timely manner.Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for smooth office operations.Benefits
