Senior Logistics Executive

Overview

We are looking for a Logistics Executive to support import / export declarations, production planning, and logistics coordination for BYD Electronics Penang Plant, Malaysia. The role requires compliance with local policy, accurate data handling, and coordination with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• According to the business requirements of the LMW factory, complete the update of the LMW LICENSE, as well as updates of Lampiran A1 / A2 / A3; and make M1 / M2 / M4 declarations.
• Based on the factory's business needs, complete the import and export declarations of equipment, materials, and finished products; make courier reservations and declarations; make declarations for outsourced processing; make declarations for waste material disposal; handle PCO / NPCO; handle license applications; complete the import / export customs management for new projects.
• Comply with Malaysian policy requirements for compliance management and control of customs risks; summarize and archive all import and export data, and verify the import / export data with the factory's inventory count.
• Logistics transportation scheduling, follow-up during transit; handling of logistics-related abnormalities; daily assessment of customs brokers / forwarders; reconciliation and payment of logistics and customs fees.
• Based on customer needs and production capacity, make production planning, follow up on the completion of finished products to ensure shipment according to customer requirements.
• Other customs-related work and tasks assigned by the superior leader.
