Senior Logistics Executive

Job descriptionMinimum 5 years of experience in handling logistic operation in a manufacturing sector. Diploma / Degree in Logistic Operation, Supply Chain Management or its equivalent Familiar with Customs HS code, duty tax computation and exemption, LMW regulations, and other Customs regulations and requirements. Ability to deal with relevant government agencies, inclusive of Customs authorities. Ability to work independently possesses effective interpersonal skills with all levels. Strong leadership and managerial skills, with the ability to effectively manage a team and drive operational excellence. Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting. Possess own transportation.
Responsibilities
- 2. Represent meeting, report for management review
- Daily standup and standdown meeting.
- Weekly HODs meeting.
- 3. Shipment handling and coordination
- Prepare and review shipping document : Import permit (Dagangnet system), telex release, BL, waybill, commercial invoice packing list, phytosanitary certificate, COO certificate, etc.
- Communicate with forwarder, monitor the incoming container progress.
- Had experience to work with bonded warehouse.
- Lead a team of 2 subordinate (Executive; officer level).
- With minimum 5 years and above experience inLogisticsfield.
- 5. Others
- Any others task assigned by the HOD from time to time.
