Job descriptionAssist store manager in hiring & managing staffs' duty roster, leave, welfare, disciplinary issues Motivate & train staffs on the company's policy, SOP, customer service & selling skills Come up with a strategy to achieve sales target Generate & provide necessary reports as required (staff turnover, sales, inventory level, etc) Provide professional services to customers Time : 2.00pm to 5.00pm Date : Monday - Saturday LG-11,12 & 12A, Queensbay Mall, 100, Persiaran Bayan Indah, 11900 Bayan Lepas, Penang Health insurance Maternity leave
Requirements :
- Required languages : Bahasa Malaysia, English
- Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
- Fresh graduates / school leavers encouraged to apply.
- Full-time positions.
