Job description

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING :

To assist in the development of project plans, schedules & timelines management.
To liaise with internal teams to mobilize resources & ensure alignment.
To maintain project documentation & versions control.
To manage the administrative functions, including data maintenance.
To ensure deadlines, objectives & quality standards of the projects are met.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS :

1-2 years of working experience in similar role. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management or related fields.

Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel & PPT).

Excellent verbal & written communication skills.

Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude.

Detail-oriented & highly meticulous – demonstrates exceptional attention to detail
