Technical Knowledge : Strong understanding of machining processes, CNC equipment, and tooling. Leadership Skills : Proven ability to lead and manage teams effectively. Process Improvement : Familiarity with lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other improvement methodologies. Communication Skills : Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills. What you\'ll be doing?
- Manage Operations : Oversee end-to-end production, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality products.
- Develop Schedules : Create and implement production schedules, managing resources to meet customer needs.
- Oversee Inventory : Handle inventory management, procurement, and supply chain processes for smooth operations.
- Monitor Performance : Evaluate team performance, providing feedback and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Drive Improvements : Implement initiatives to reduce waste and enhance product quality using lean manufacturing principles.
- Collaborate with Management : Work with senior management to set goals and develop strategies for operational success.
- Report Performance : Prepare and present operational performance reports to senior management.
