1. Coordinates admin activities by scheduling work assignments, setting priorities, and monitoring the work of team members
2. Supervising day-to-day operations of the administrative department and team members.
3. Developing, reviewing, and improving administrative systems, policies, and procedures.
4. Ensuring office is stocked with necessary supplies and all equipment is working and properly maintained.
5. Working with accounting and management team to set budgets, monitor spending, and other expenses.
6. Collecting, organizing, and storing information using computers and filing systems.
7. Overseeing special projects and tracking progress towards meeting schedules and company goals.
8. Accomplishes staff results by communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; coaching, counselling and disciplining staff when necessary.
9. Provides supplies by identifying needs for Head Office and state office's.
10. Purchases printed materials and forms by obtaining requirements; negotiating price, quality, and delivery; approving invoices.
11. Improves program and service quality by devising new applications; updating procedures; evaluating system results with users.
12. Ensure facilities / equipment's related contracts / agreements are renewed within three months before expiry or identify new facilities or equipment's to be replaced within five months of current facilities / equipment's expiry
13. Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
14. Serve as the liaison between administrative personnel and senior management, communicating needs and concerns so they can be handled expeditiously.
15. Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by the management.
