Senior Manager, Procurement

Responsibility :

• Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead strategic sourcing initiatives to ensure value creation and total cost of ownership optimization.
• Analyze market trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and mitigate supply risks.
• Oversee the end-to-end procurement process including RFPs, vendor evaluation, price negotiations, and purchase order management.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
• Manage the procurement budget and track performance against key KPIs.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and partners.
• Lead supplier performance evaluations, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Negotiate long-term agreements to ensure supply continuity and favorable commercial terms.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing procurement team.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, and continuous improvement.
• Oversee procurement systems (e.g., ERP, e-sourcing platforms) and ensure data accuracy and usability.
• Ensure ethical sourcing and alignment with ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) standards.
• Monitor contract compliance and manage procurement-related disputes or claims.
