Senior Procurement Executive

Job Role :

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled individual to join our team as a Food Division Procurement Executive. Candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of procurement within the food division, including sourcing and negotiating with suppliers, budgeting, and ensuring quality and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities :

• Sourcing and negotiating with suppliers to ensure competitive pricing and favorable terms
• Developing and maintaining strong relationships with vendors and suppliers
• Identifying and selecting new suppliers to expand the supply chain network
• Managing and optimizing inventory levels to minimize costs while meeting demand
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including operations, finance, and quality assurance, to ensure seamless procurement processes
• Developing and implementing procurement strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Analyzing market trends and industry developments to stay ahead of the competition
• Monitoring and evaluating supplier performance to ensure compliance with contracts and standards
• Managing and tracking budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and financial accountability
• Ensuring that all procurement activities comply with relevant laws, regulations, and ethical standards
