Job description
Responsibilities
- Act as Finance and accounting business partner with project activation
- Lead, supply chain and commercial finance team to ensure efficient correct recording and analysis of entries for the entities.
- Provide Pre and Post analysis for projects / new initiatives covering quantitative and qualitative.
- Review Balance Sheet Schedules, Revenue and OPEX.
- Lead in accounting system (Quickbook) liaise with service provider .
- Ultimately taking the role as Administrator Gatekeeper for Company SOP ( Finance related ) to ensure 100% compliance.
- Manage all vendors and clients and intercompany cross charges.
- Oversee / issues of PO to all vendors when require via Manual and / or MAD System
- Review and validation (Audit, Tax, Company Secretarial s & other supporting roles required).
