Job Description

As a Senior Client Operations Officer (SCOO) of Clearing Services, you will be responsible for managing and processing the day‑to‑day clearing ETD activities, including trade flow monitoring, post‑trade reconciliation, client reporting, brokerage payables and trade data control. You will work in a proactive, team‑focused environment, adding value by handling multiple simultaneous tasks with minimal supervision while maintaining meticulous attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality and timeliness sign‑off for the clearing process – trade flow monitoring, post‑trade reconciliation, client reporting, brokerage payables and trade data control.
• Attend and reply to mailbox queries in a timely manner to ensure rapid resolution.
• Manage all queries effectively and, where necessary, escalations to the Manager in a timely manner.
• Sign off on daily process requirements in line with the agreed timeline.
• Liaise with other department units to ensure a high‑quality service.
• Implement processes for team efficiencies and participate in business improvement projects.
• Update procedures in accordance with internal and client policies, and define them when necessary.

Requirements

Minimum experience level : 3–5 years. Minimum education : Bachelor Degree / BSc or equivalent. Language : English. Starting date : 05 / 01 / 2026. Position with management : Full‑time.
