About the role
Intrinseque Health is seeking an experienced and highly organized Admin Executive to join our team in Melaka. This full-time position will play a vital role in supporting our growing business operations.
What you'll be doing
- Providing comprehensive administrative support to departments across the organization
- Managing calendars, scheduling meetings and appointments
- Handling a variety of administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and document preparation
- Assisting with event planning and coordination
- Serving as the first point of contact for inquiries and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Supporting the procurement and onboarding of new suppliers and vendors
- Ensuring the smooth running of daily office operations
