The Admin Executive is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the company.
This role involves handling documentation, coordinating office activities, supporting management, and maintaining effective communication across departments.
Key Responsibilities :
- Prepare, manage, and organize correspondence, reports, and documents.
- Maintain proper filing systems (physical and digital) for easy retrieval.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and inquiries professionally.
- Monitor office supplies and place orders when necessary.
- Support HR in onboarding new staff, maintaining attendance records, and leave applications.
- Assist in processing invoices, claims, and petty cash reimbursements.
- Liaise with finance for billing, payment follow-ups, and record keeping.
- Support management with presentations, reports, and data entry tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications :
Diploma in Business Administration, Management, or related field.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Experience in administrative or executive roles will be an advantage.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an advantage).
