In the E-Commerce Growth Manager role, you will lead DealsClub —StoreHub’s packaging and supplies vertical—into a high-growth e-commerce business powered by data, automation, and relentless execution. You’ll own this business end‑to‑end : revenue, campaigns, performance, and customer growth, and transform it from a project into a thriving e-commerce vertical that compounds month after month.

This is not a role for maintainers; it’s a role for builders.

What you will do :

• Build and Scale the Business

Own the full P&L for DealsClub; revenue, margin, and category performance.

Convert StoreHub merchants into active buyers through intelligent touchpoints (dashboard, email, onboarding, events).

Design and execute always‑on campaigns that increase GMV and order frequency.

Use BI tools and AI assistants to generate insights, automate reports, and track key metrics.

Make business decisions with ownership, urgency, and accountability.
