Job Description

YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE

To oversee and manage all export activities, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.

To prepare and submit Customs and MITI applications, including those for ATIGA and MPCEPA.

Proactively follow up on export shipments, identify and resolve any minor issues that may arise to ensure timely delivery.

To coordinate and prepare all necessary export documentation for various shipping methods, including courier, air, and sea freight.

To gather, follow up on, and compare export costs and quotations from different service providers, working closely with the sales and other relevant departments.

Handling customs verification and clarification processes for outgoing shipments via courier, air, and sea, including confirming HS codes and categories within our LMW exemption.

Preparing a comprehensive summary report of export activities on a weekly basis.

To review and verify Letter of Credit (LC) shipments to ensure accuracy and compliance.

To manage and maintain compliance related to the Authorized Economic Operator (AEO) program specifically for export activities.

To address and resolve other issues related to import activities as they arise.

Performing other tasks as required to support the overall logistics and operations functions.

Qualifications

WHAT WE WILL BE LOOKING FOR IN YOU

Candidates should have a Diploma in Logistics, Business Management, or a similar field (if with more than 3-yr experience, then consider a lower degree).

We are looking for individuals with 1-3 years of relevant work experience in logistics in the manufacturing industry.

Customer oriented and detail oriented.

Good communication skills.

The ideal candidate should be capable of performing tasks independently.

Proficiency in both spoken and written Bahasa Malaysia and English is necessary.
