We are looking for an experienced and independent Senior Human Resource Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for end-to-end payroll processing , probation and promotion assessments , and basic training coordination , while ensuring compliance with all statutory requirements in Malaysia.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full set of payroll processing, including : salary, allowances, overtime, deductions, and leave encashment
- Submission of statutory contributions (EPF, SOCSO, EIS, PCB)
- Issuance of EA forms and monthly / yearly payroll reports
- Ensure timely and accurate statutory submissions to relevant authorities
- Manage and coordinate probation reviews for new hires and internal promotions
- Monitor and arrange performance reviews for acting supervisors / managers
- Plan and execute basic training programs , including onboarding and refresher training
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and employee files
- Liaise with department heads on HR matters and employee performance
- Assist in HR policy implementation and compliance with Malaysian labour laws
- Handle ad hoc HR tasks and assignments as needed
- Carry out instructions or special tasks assigned by management , including urgent or temporary HR-related matters
