Key Responsibilities : This is a hunter sales role with no accounts provided Proactively hunt, identify, prospect, and engage potential new clients across target markets and industries. Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed aggressive sales targets. Conduct in-depth research on prospects to tailor solutions that address their unique business needs. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers. Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing. Collaborate closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with business goals. Track and report on sales activities, pipeline status, and forecasting with accuracy. Attend industry events, networking sessions, and conferences to generate leads and increase brand awareness. Qualifications : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; Minimum 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a strong emphasis on hunting new business. Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and closing skills with the ability to influence decision-making. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
