Your Role :
You shall lead a team of brand ambassador and leverage the brand service culture. Master all DESCENTE products and understand customer needs to provide a personalized service.
Store Management / Operations :
- Lead the team to promote company products and actively sell to achieve and exceed the company's operating goals.
- Manage daily store operations details, in accordance to company's guideline and standard operating procedures.
- Maintain effective communication with various department (Operations, Merchandising etc.), ensuring adequate support and proper implementation of company strategies and policies.
- Analyze and manage store sales and data, such as sales of goods, formulate action plans for reporting
- Achieving Operational excellence through effective expense management, meticulous loss prevention measures, comprehensive store audits, and timely reporting (daily / weekly / monthly)
Team Management :
Conduct regular training session to enhance team members' product knowledge level, customer engagement proficiencies and etc.Handle effective briefing session, ensuring team members understanding and adherence to company's policies, procedures, and promotional activities.Provide guidance & motivates to all team members, ensuring high level of working performance.Merchandise
Work closely with Merchandise department, ensuring adequate & appropriates merchandise on sales floorCollaborate with VM leads, to execute Visual Merchandising guidelines and uphold brand standardsImplement strict loss prevention control system, ensuring zero level of stock lossWho are we looking for?
3 – 5 years relevant experience (Assistant Store Manager / Supervisor) in retail industry. Experience and exposure in retail clothing management is preferred.Highly capable in analyzing store overall performance, and formulate necessary actions plans.Mature and excellent personnel management & leadershipA team work player, yet able to work independently with minimum supervision required.
