Job descriptionLiaise with customers to ensure that capacities, lead times and production bottlenecks are understood. Liaise with customers on order confirmation and expected ETD is understood – communicating all issues in a timely manner. Ensure systems / Plan Attainment are in place to report production performance specifically, Availability, Performance Quality and OEE. Ensure data collected is accurate and correct. Ensure that measurements are recorded and presented daily, monthly and annually. Utilise the data collected to calculate Capacity Plans
Planning
- Sales Order control including scheduling and order confirmation.
- Calculating Capacities and ensuring loading is efficient.
- Generating, scheduling, issuing and monitoring production plans
- Ensuring that OTIF targets are met.
- Overseeing the Weekly & Monthly Production Plan and ensuring that all customer orders are entered and scheduled as per the requirements and within the lead times.
- Recommending viables solutions to reduce production cost as well as improve production process and product quality.
- Supervise & oversees planning Department & work closely with the team.
