Assistant Digital Marketing Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and guide overall digital marketing strategies, ensuring alignment with overall marketing objectives and brand guidelines.
• Develop and oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, XiaoHongShu (Rednote), and other relevant platforms to strengthen brand awareness and drive sales.
• Plan, review, and optimise weekly / monthly social media content calendars — ensuring engaging storytelling, brand consistency, and effective audience targeting.
• Strategically manage KOL / influencer collaborations, including identifying suitable partners, negotiating terms, briefing content requirements, and monitoring performance to maximise ROI.
• Analyse campaign metrics, social engagement data, and KOL performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Research and introduce new digital trends, creative formats, and emerging tools to enhance campaign impact and platform presence.
• Work closely with the Marketing Manager to integrate online strategies with offline activations, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
• Maintain a strong understanding of Malaysian consumer behaviour, social media culture, and festival / event opportunities to localise content effectively.
• All other duties or projects as assigned.
