Job description

Requirements

  • Possess minimum SPM or Diploma qualification
  • Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply
  • Basic Accounting Knowledge
  • Self-discipline
  • Able to work with minimum supervision and under pressure
  • Accuracy and Effectiveness
  • 6 months contract
  • Skills Required :  Microsoft Office proficiency, Communication skills and Organizational skills

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to sales transactions
  • Work closely with the sales team to provide administrative support
  • Assist in finance & accounting related duties such as issue invoice, receipts, commission or related documents
  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, workers, responding to inquiries and addressing any concerns
  • Assist ad hoc documentation related with Transport Team and support other administrative tasks
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties assign by management.
