Job description
Responsibilities
Admin work including paperwork, filing and other duties.
Deal with sales team to make invoices for new car purchase.
Insurance renewal.
Oversee and manage the sales administration process, ensuring all sales orders are processed accurately and efficiently.
Handle the complete vehicle registration process, including preparing and submitting necessary documentation.
Liaise with relevant authorities to ensure timely registration of vehicles.
Keep up-to-date with changes in vehicle registration regulations and procedures.
Qualifications
Discipline and can perform good attendance.
Can work in a group.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and sales administration system.
Detail‑oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and compliance.
