Regional Revenue Growth Management Lead (RGM) About the Company

This is a well-known multinational company in the FMCG industry based in Selangor with an established presence in this region and around the world. They have been incorporated for several decades and have a loyal customer base globally mainly due to their constant innovation and wide range of products that cater to different age groups. They are looking for a RGM Lead to be based in their office in Selangor.

Responsibilities

Take on a regional portfolio and report to the Head of RGM.

Manage a lean team and design and enhance the RGM program for the region.

Manage and execute multiple RGM projects, streamline the annual planning, and integrate processes for monthly reporting.

Oversee the end-to-end RGM spectrum across the five pillars : Strategic Pricing, Price Pack Architecture, Mix Management, Trade Promotion Optimization (Gross to Net), and Commercial Policy Optimization / Trade Spend.

Lead and drive strategies to increase profitability and ensure RGM reflects the company's policies and principles.

Qualifications

At least a relevant degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or a related field, or professional qualification.

Ideally 12+ years of experience in a combination of Finance and RGM.

Experience in trade marketing is advantageous.

Ability to work with maturity, independence, and strong stakeholder management across multiple countries; the role is highly visible.
