Job descriptionAssist in the daily operations of ready-mixed concrete production, ensuring adherence to quality standards and project specifications. Conduct regular inspections of production equipment and machinery to identify potential maintenance needs and report any issues to the supervisor. Collaborate with the production team to optimize concrete mix designs, taking into account factors such as material availability, cost-effectiveness, and project requirements. Maintain accurate records of production data, including material usage, output quantities, and quality control test results. Provide technical support to customers, addressing inquiries related to concrete products, applications, and performance characteristics. Assist in the preparation of technical reports and presentations, summarizing production activities, quality control findings, and project outcomes. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies, promoting a safe working environment for all personnel. Annual Leave EPF Health Insurance Medical Leave SOCSO
Requirements
- Possess a Diploma in Engineering or a related field.
- Entry-level position suitable for fresh graduates with limited or no prior experience.
- Proficiency in English, Bahasa Malaysia, and Mandarin is required to effectively communicate with diverse stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills, including the ability to clearly and concisely convey technical information.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to develop product knowledge related to ready-mixed concrete manufacturing.
- Ability to prepare and present reports on product evaluations and other relevant data.
- Must be willing to work in Ampang, Selangor, with a hybrid work arrangement.
- Capable of assisting in closing deals and providing product presentations to potential clients.
