We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and trustworthy Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and personal support to the Director and / or Manager. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day office operations, coordinate meetings, manage schedules, and assist in business and personal matters to ensure smooth workflow and efficient time management.
- Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the Management
- Manage and organize the Director and / or Manager’s calendar, appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Prepare correspondence, reports, meeting minutes, and presentation materials
- Handle confidential information with discretion
- Coordinate communication and liaise with internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders
- Assist in planning and executing Company activities
- Perform general office administrative duties, including filing, record-keeping, and procurement
- Accompany the Director and / or Manager on occasional business trips to Ipoh and Segamat
