QUALIFICATION

Minimum Diploma in Logistics, Warehouse Management, Supply Chain or equivalent.

Minimum 3–5 years of storekeeping or warehouse experience, preferably in an EMS / electronics manufacturing environment.

Knowledge of electronics components (SMD reels, trays, feeders) and ESD handling procedures. Familiarity with ERP / WMS systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).

Forklift license or certification will be an advantage.

ABILITIES AND SKILLS

Strong leadership and team supervision skills to manage store personnel effectively.

Ability to plan, organize and monitor material flow to meet production schedules.

Good communication and coordination skills with production, planning, and procurement teams.

Attention to detail and high level of accuracy in stock handling. Proficient in Microsoft Office and inventory management software.

REQUIREMENT

A good team player in executing and monitoring production material requirements, ensuring accurate and timely store operations, and maintaining compliance with company procedures and safety standards.

RESPONSIBILITY

1.Supervise daily store operations for materials, ensuring proper receiving, storage, and issuance of materials

• Maintain accurate inventory records through cycle counting.

3.Ensure all incoming materials are inspected for quantity, part number and quality before storage.

4.Oversee proper ESD and moisture-sensitive device (MSD) handling and storage.

5.Coordinate timely material issuance to production lines to prevent downtime.

6.Monitor and control stock levels to avoid shortages or excess inventory.

8.Coordinate with Material Planner for material replenishment requirements.

10.Lead and train store personnel on procedures, safety and housekeeping.

12.Liaise with QA and Production for material discrepancy resolution.

14.Manage scrap disposal and ensure documentation is completed.

15.Identify opportunities for process improvements in store operations.

16.Maintain store equipment and tools in good working condition.

17.Perform any other duties as assigned by the Materials Department Manager.
