Warehouse Supervisor

Position Summary

The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for managing daily warehouse operations, ensuring smooth material flow, accurate inventory, and compliance with safety and quality standards. This role requires basic knowledge in PCBA (Printed Circuit Board Assembly) to support proper handling and supply of electronic components for production.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor daily warehouse activities such as receiving, storing, picking, kitting, and issuing of materials.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and proper stock rotation for raw materials, PCBA components, semi-finished and finished goods.
• Handle and store PCBA components in accordance with ESD and quality requirements.
• Coordinate with Production and Purchasing teams to ensure timely material availability.
• Maintain warehouse records and update ERP / system accurately.
• Conduct regular cycle counts and stock checks.
• Enforce compliance with company policies, safety procedures, and good housekeeping practices (5S).
• Train and guide warehouse staff to meet departmental objectives.
