Executive - Digital Business Process

Responsibilities

• Assist in gathering SOPs from all departments within AEON Co. (M) Bhd and AEON Big.
• Upload and manage SOP documents within our system.
• Convert SOPs into standardized digital formats to ensure consistency and accessibility across departments.
• Collaborate with the Manager and business units to gather feedback on SOP improvements.
• Coordinate and support meetings or discussions related to SOP updates and revisions.
• Assist in conducting training and awareness sessions on SOP processes and policy updates.
• Support Business Process Mapping (BPM) and documentation of workflows.
• Contribute to Business Process Improvement (BPI) initiatives by identifying and proposing enhancements.
• Create and update process flowcharts to visualize and streamline business processes.
