Job Responsibilities :
Formulating the company's recruitment strategy; organizing and completing the recruitment to meet the company's talent needs.
Responsible for the entire recruitment process, including but not limited to confirming recruiting needs, sourcing, scheduling interviews, and preparing offers.
Responsible in campus recruitment & employer branding including hosting and attending college / university career activities & events.
Working closely with the local and HQ business departments and other functions of HR department to understand the business department's recruitment & people development needs.
Responsible for people developments including employee onboarding (submit CP-22 – request by LHDN) & offboarding (submit CP-22A – request by LHDN), new onboarding orientation training, employee relationship and others.
Assist in payroll related activity & processing (such as attendance; reimbursement; OT calculation)
Assist the confirmation & probation of employee.
Assist update insurance for new joiner & resigned.
Other tasks assign by superior from time to time
Job Requirements :
1) Bachelor and equivalent degree and above, major in HR is preferred.
2) 5 to 7 years of professional HR experience in a high performing global organization is preferred.
3) Experience in full recruiting lifecycle including job briefing, active sourcing, developing recruitment plan, candidate outreach.
4) Experience in various people development, employee relationship, payroll processing, training and others.
5) Proven ability to lead, consult, and influence others while maintaining a focus on customer service.
6) Self-driven, resilient, energetic, enthusiastic and inclusive; creating or responding constructively to challenging new ideas and inputs.
7) Proficiency in English and Mandarin is an advantage.
