Administrative Duties (Major Scope)
- Manage and maintain office operations, supplies, and facilities.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, calls).
- Organize and maintain company files, records, and documentation.
- Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and manage reports, memos, and presentations.
- Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
- Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Human Resources Duties (Minor Scope)
Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, leave, personal files).Support in recruitment process (job posting, scheduling interviews, collecting documents).Help in preparing HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, memos).Assist in payroll-related data preparation (attendance, overtime, claims).Support in organizing staff activities and training when needed.Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.At least 1-2 years of working experience in administration or HR.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Good communication and interpersonal skills.Highly organized, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.Able to work independently with minimal supervisionJob Type : Full-time
