Job description

Administrative Duties (Major Scope)

  • Manage and maintain office operations, supplies, and facilities.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (letters, emails, calls).
  • Organize and maintain company files, records, and documentation.
  • Assist in scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and manage reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and stakeholders.
  • Support management with ad hoc administrative tasks as required.

Human Resources Duties (Minor Scope)

  • Assist in maintaining employee records (attendance, leave, personal files).
  • Support in recruitment process (job posting, scheduling interviews, collecting documents).
  • Help in preparing HR letters (offer letters, confirmation letters, memos).
  • Assist in payroll-related data preparation (attendance, overtime, claims).
  • Support in organizing staff activities and training when needed.
  • Requirements :

  • Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, HR, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience in administration or HR.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Highly organized, multitasking ability, and attention to detail.
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Job Type : Full-time

    Pay : RM2, RM2,800.00 per month
