We're seeking a driven and strategic Sales Manager to lead commercial activities across the Southeast Asia region. Reporting directly to the Regional GM for SEA & Taiwan, you'll be responsible for leading a regional sales team, developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing customer relationships, and implementing growth strategies that make a real impact.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments, enjoys coaching high-performing teams, and is passionate about delivering outstanding results. You'll work closely with key accounts, channel partners, and cross-functional teams to unlock new potential across multiple market segments.
Job Description
Lead and develop the country / regional sales team to exceed annual revenue and margin targets.Drive strategic growth by identifying new market opportunities, customers, and applications.Collaborate closely with local teams to define and implement sales plans tailored to regional needs.Build strong, lasting relationships with key clients—turning accounts into long-term partnerships.Oversee the full sales process from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring timely follow-up and account receivable management.Actively support the team during customer meetings, helping to win business and develop commercial capabilities.Manage and optimize CRM usage, pipeline development, pricing strategies, and reporting KPIs.Promote a strong culture of accountability, coaching, and professional development within the team.Work cross-functionally with operations, product, and marketing teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Maintain compliance with all internal policies, health & safety standards, and external regulations.The Successful Applicant
A Successful Regional Sales Manager - SEA Should Have
8-10 years of proven success in sales management within industrial, utilities, or infrastructure sectors.A degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Material Technology preferred), or equivalent work experience.Strong leadership skills with a natural ability to coach, motivate, and engage teams.Business-savvy mindset with solid understanding of sales metrics and financial drivers.Confident communicator with excellent negotiation skills and the ability to build trust across cultures.Comfortable with frequent travel—up to 60% across Southeast Asia.Proficiency in CRM tools and a data-driven approach to managing sales pipelines.Fluent in English; proficiency in other regional languages is a plus.What's on Offer
