We are looking for a driven, reliable, and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our growing team.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Ensure customer satisfaction through excellent service
- Maintain quality control for all food and beverage served
- Oversee health and safety code compliance and sanitation standards
- Monitor inventory and ensure all food supplies and other restaurant essentials are adequately stocked
- Screen, interview, hire and train restaurant staff
- Fulfill all reporting and meeting requirements
- Respond to customers' complaints tactfully and professionally
Requirements
At least a Diploma or Degree; a Diploma of F&B / Hospitality / Business discipline is advantageousProven working experience in management and hospitality industryPrepare to work on weekends & public holidaysAbility to work and stand for long hoursAbility to work in fast paced environmentStrong leadership skillExcellent organizational skillBenefits
