Overview
We are a growing maritime service provider specializing in shipping, crew change, and transportation services. We are looking for an experienced Manager with strong shipping knowledge to manage operations, build client relationships, and ensure smooth and compliant services at all times.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement marketing campaigns to promote shipping, crew change, and transportation services.
- Identify and approach potential clients, build relationships, and secure new business opportunities.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients, ensuring excellent service and satisfaction.
- Coordinate and manage crew change processes, including :
Preparation of invitation letters, visa processing & clearance documents.
Securing shore passes & security passes.Medical assistance, including health tests.Manage transportation services for crew and clients.Act as the main liaison with ship owners, port authorities, and government agencies to ensure full compliance with shipping regulations.Qualifications
Experience in the shipping / maritime industry (knowledge of crew change is an advantage).Strong communication, leadership, and client relationship skills.Ability to manage multiple tasks and solve problems quickly.Fluent in English & Bahasa Malaysia (additional languages are an advantage).What We Offer
