Area Manager

Role Summary

As the Area Manager (Expansion & Operation), you will be the CEO's key executor —

50% of your time will be focused on planning and setting up new branches until they are running smoothly,

Must have the knowledge of renovation to manage the renovation team, follow the ID and plan.

• 50% will be focused on overseeing daily operations, supervising department heads, and ensuring sales, marketing, HR, and branch operations stay on track.

AM builds new branches, stabilizes them, and then continues to manage performance and growth across all branches. This role is critical in bridging the gap between HQ strategy and real‑world success on the ground.
