Location : Faber Towers, Jalan Desa Bahagia, Taman Desa
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage Daily Schedules, Meetings, and Calendar Coordination
- Handle all correspondence including emails, calls and messages.
- Organize travel arrangement and detail itineraries
- Prepare reports, presentations and meeting documents
- Assist with personal tasks (appointments, errands and booking)
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders
- Monitor deadlines and follow up on action items.
Key Requirements :
1-3 years' experience as a personal assistant or in a similar roleDiploma / Degree in business Admin or related fieldGood in verbal and written communicationHigh Level of discretion and confidentialityStrong MS office and scheduling tools knowledgeGood time management and multitasking skillsProficient in English, Mandarin, BM is necessary for the role.Fresh Graduate encourage to apply.
