Job Summary

Develop and implement tactical resourcing and talent acquisition strategies by recruiting the right talent, match with specific jobs within DKSH Corporate Shared Services Center - Digital & IT.

General Responsibilities

• Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities in the country through active sourcing and competency-based selection techniques to identy the besr-fitting candidates aligned to job requirememts and the DKSH behavior model.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders in order to identify the specific requirements of candidates prior to performing market research.
• Establish yourself as the expert and build trusted talent acquisition partners relationship with hiring managers and HR Business Partners.
• To be able to analyze and make sound recommendations to Hiring Managers by Performing sourcing activities to fill open positions and anticipate future needs for the business.
• Assist in communicating effectively and creatively on recruitment related activities (internal / external).
• To participate in all employer branding activities such as career talks, career fairs and other recruitment activities and projects lined up.
• To maintain accurate and well-ordered documentation, operations on all candidates, searches, and other recruiting activities.
• To prepare and lead various reporting functions for management and stakeholders.
