Job descriptionGreet and register patients, and provide basic explanations about procedures or services. Handle incoming enquiries via phone, WhatsApp, or at the counter in a professional manner. Ensure a welcoming and smooth experience for all patients and visitors. Monitor and maintain audiology equipment such as audiometers, tympanometers, hearing aid testers, etc. Arrange routine servicing or calibration with vendors when necessary. Renewal roadtax & insurance lorry for audiology purpose. Track and manage stock levels for ear tips, batteries, hearing aid accessories, earmolds, forms, and other clinical items. Raise purchase requests when stock reaches minimum levels. Assist in preparing daily / weekly reports on patient visits, operational issues, and clinic performance. Support in generating invoices, receipts, and payment documentation. Ensure all operational activities comply with internal SOPs, Ministry of Health (MOH) regulations, and clinical standards. Assist during internal audits and maintain proper documentation of patient records. Minimum Diploma in Administration, Healthcare, or related field. Prior experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is an added advantage. Good communication and interpersonal skills; patient, courteous, and well-organised. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and clinic management systems. Interest in the field of audiology and hearing health is a plus. Male are preferred. Job Purpose
To assist in the day-to-day operations of the audiology centre, including appointment coordination, patient support, equipment preparation, and ensuring smooth delivery of hearing care services.
Key Responsibilities :
Daily Operational Support
- Assist in scheduling patient appointments and managing clinic flow.
- Support audiologists in preparing testing rooms and equipment before and after patient sessions.
- Prepare forms, consent documents, and patient files as required.
