Job Descriptions :

• Assist in handling investor relations matters for the Group, including communicating with company's shareholders, other stakeholders and the financial community.
• Assist in the preparation of announcements, circulars, board papers, presentations, annual reports as well as AGM matters.
• Assist in undertaking feasibility studies, valuation and research on corporate projects / exercises.
