Support Booking.com strategy & delivery initiatives and vision for regional / national group partners and / or high value properties.

Ability to consult, support and collaborate with internal stakeholders in leading partners to optimize performance of partners, like connectivity providers, central teams, (Sr.) key account managers and local offices.

Responsible for being a great partner with decision makers of regional / national / local group partners or high value properties and driving performance.

Ability to demonstrate deep understanding of Booking.com B.V. products, local market and operations of partners managed.

Ability to independently lead projects.

Communications with Key Stakeholders :

Accommodation Partners (General Managers, property owners, and national / regional stakeholders within the entire travel and tourism ecosystem of the Maldives)

Regional Managers, Area Managers and Key Account Managers in charge of key partners in the region

Account Managers, Account Executives in charge of properties in the region

Years of relevant Job Knowledge :

Broad Job Knowledge (10+ years)

Qualifications & Skills :

Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant regional account management function dealing with complex / high value partners

Ability to manage portfolio of single property partners as well as complex multi property partners

Good understanding of revenue, channel and distribution management

Ability to connect with and influence different internal and external stakeholders

Good ability to read and interpret multiple data sources in order to define short / medium / long-term goals

Strong relationship management skills

Basic project management skills

Ability to work together with account managers

Language : English (Business proficient)

This role must be based in Male, Maldives - fully remote work arrangements

Travel for work : up to 50% of the time

This role supports work visa sponsorship but not relocation arrangements
