Responsibilities
- Welcomes our customers in a friendly and professional manner and presents a positive first impression, synonymous with the company’s brand image.
- Proactively engages customers through frequent and spontaneous sampling sessions to create attention for company’s products.
- Interacts with customers, ascertains their needs and assists with selecting products and merchandise, and addresses inquiries or concerns.
- Supports company sales through engagement with customers, suggestive selling and sharing product knowledge.
- Offers recommendations to continuously improve customer experience.
- Supports the implementation of company programs and events, including organizing, participating or emceeing.
- Follows company operational policies and procedures and reports essential information to a supervisor.
Qualifications
Minimum Diploma studies in any field with 1-2 years of working experience in high-end service-related industries (e.g., hospitality, F&B, airlines, retail).Enthusiastic with a positive and patient attitude and a flair for customer service.Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to foster relationships with all levels of customers.Observant and able to evaluate environment and customers for cues.Pleasant demeanor, well-groomed, physically fit.Positive attitude, patient and proactive; able to “think on your feet”.Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality and is available to work flexible hours.Benefits
