- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and training solutions aligned with client needs.
2. Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with HR, Learning & Development, and decision makers.Conduct client meetings to understand training challenges and recommend suitable courses.Ensure excellent customer experience from pre-sales to post-event follow-up.Manage key accounts for repeat business and partnership opportunities.3. Advise clients on HRD Corp mechanisms, claims, levy usage, and training grant processes.Collaborate with internal HRDF documentation teams to ensure smooth grant applications.Keep clients updated on HRD Corp policy changes and new program offerings.4. Collaboration & Execution Support
Work closely with the Course Production team on program positioning and selling points.Coordinate with Marketing to plan campaigns, client communication, and promotional events.Work with Operations to ensure training logistics meet client expectations.5. Market Research & Growth Strategy
