Job Responsibilities :
- Assist in daily accounting operations, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Prepare monthly financial reports and bank reconciliations
- Support the preparation of invoices, receipts, payments, and vouchers.
- Assist in audit preparation and liaise with auditors or tax agents
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial data in the accounting system
- Provide administrative support such as maintain and update records, databases and filing.
- Any other duties as management deemed fit.
