Job Description

Manage full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, and onboarding to attract and retain top talent.

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and develop people strategies that support business growth and workforce planning.

Oversee compensation and benefits administration to maintain competitiveness and ensure compliance with local regulations.

Support managers in employee relations matters, including performance management, disciplinary actions, and drafting formal documentation such as warning letters.

Ensure compliance with Malaysia employment laws and HR best practices, including handling terminations, notice periods, EPF changes, and statutory requirements.

Conduct exit interviews to gather insights and partner with employees on career aspirations beyond compensation.

The Successful Applicant

Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner, preferably with exposure to a Shared Services environment.

Comprehensive knowledge of Malaysian employment laws, with hands-on experience managing employee relations, performance management, and disciplinary processes.

Strong business acumen with a proven ability to translate business strategies into effective people strategies.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different functions and organizational levels.
