Job descriptionMinimum 3-5 years of working experience in warehouse management. Team player with initiative and ability to motivate subordinates. Must have strong leadership and supervisory skills. Good in handling work pressure. Required good attention to details with ability to multi-task and work under pressure. Microsoft Excel和Words
Job Responsibilities :
- Lead the warehouse team in daily operations
- Supervise daily activities of the warehouse, including quality assurance, inventory control, space management, logistics, floor productivity, shipping, and customer service
- Train and manage a warehouse team to solve day-to-day operational issues and reach short-term and long-term performance goals
- Ensure accurate stock control (in and out)
- Load and unload of materials and goods
- To ensure the cleanliness and safety of the warehouse
- Any ad hoc duties assigned by the management
