Warehouse Manager

Job descriptionPlan, organize, and oversee daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, and distributing goods. Develop and implement warehouse policies, procedures, and safety standards. Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and audits. Monitor warehouse space utilization and layout for optimal efficiency. Supervise, train, and evaluate warehouse staff, ensuring team performance meets operational goals. Coordinate with procurement, logistics, and sales teams to align warehouse activities with business needs. Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment to meet customer requirements. Implement and maintain health, safety, and security standards in the warehouse. Oversee the maintenance of warehouse equipment and facilities. Analyze performance data and prepare reports on warehouse operations, costs, and productivity. Identify process improvement opportunities and implement solutions to enhance efficiency.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in warehouse or logistics management.
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Knowledge of inventory management practices and health & safety regulations.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Preferably Chinese candidate or candidate who able to speak, write and reading mandarin.
