SALES ADVISOR / SALES EXECUTIVE

Salary Range : RM1700 - RM2500 (BASIC)

Key Responsibilities

• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets set by the company.
• Handle the sales process of products such as laptops, PCs, printers, accessories, and services (repairs & maintenance).
• Provide product explanations and professional consultation to customers.
• Build strong relationships with new customers and maintain existing customer base.
• Manage sales transactions including invoices, receipts, and POS system records.
• Assist in promotional and marketing activities (offline / online).
• Prepare sales reports for supervisors / branch leaders.
• Support branch operations (stock management, product display, shop cleanliness).
