We are looking for a proactive and highly organized individual to support our company’s administrative and operational functions. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong attention to detail, and takes initiative to ensure seamless office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring smooth workflows across departments.
- Manage office supplies, equipment, and facility maintenance to create an efficient work environment.
- Handle administrative duties, including scheduling, correspondence, and record-keeping.
- Co‑ordinate meeting room reservations and maintain organized scheduling.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation, both in physical files and digital systems.
- Assist in organizing internal events and office activities (Annual Dinner, Christmas Party, etc).
- Perform other ad hoc administrative tasks as required.
Operations Support
Coordinate internal logistics for projects, activations, and company events.Managing internal warehouse space and overseeing inventory movements efficiently.Assist in tracking company assets and managing inventory.Ensure operational compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.Qualifications & Skills
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an administrative, operations, or secretarial role.Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Ability to work independently while fostering collaboration within a team environment.Problem‑solving mindset with a keen eye for detail.If you are a dynamic professional who enjoys maintaining efficiency and driving smooth operations, we invite you to apply and be a part of our growing team!
