Business Development Manager (Agency Distribution) - Central Region
Lead a branch to optimise productivity and recruitment target. Optimise agency sales performance through continuous support to assigned Agency Leaders to achieve production target and recruitment goal. Organise high impact events and activities virtually or physically to build up the recruitment momentum among the assigned agencies. Plan and execute product-based customised training and programs for agencies to enhance their awareness on the latest product development. Monitor performance of agencies with several ranks and building rapport with them to work closely for better production in solid business. Identify the challenges and support required by the assigned agencies and collaborate accordingly to ensure the desired results can be achieved. Be creative in taking initiatives to prepare and organise ad-hoc events or special activities to boost up agency performance. Analyse the best strategies and tools which make a difference for the agencies towards their agreed yearly goals and targets and creating a win-win situation. Formulation and execution of deliverable business models for agencies to have consistent performance. We are looking for people with A recognised degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, International Business, Finance, Investment, Economics or any business-related studies. Minimum 8 years of working experience in Life Insurance, specializing in business development in agency channel. Proven track record in growing Life Insurance Agency business. Excellence in interpersonal, communication, networking skills to ensure a fast rapport building with agencies. Performance oriented, creative, sharp on the insurance market vibe, with high verbal and numerical literacy. Well trained public speaking is a value added and important to this job. Efficient in event organising and presentation skills, with highly accountability to ensure the tasks are delivered accordingly towards desired impacts and results.
